A two-step verification

To earn the FxF Quality Mark, companies must complete two key surveys:    

  1. Data on Diverse Hiring: Companies provide data points about their hiring practices and the diversity within their workforce. This includes metrics on gender diversity and other relevant factors. We do not require companies to already have a high percentage of women in their workforce. We understand it is a journey!
                 
  2. Inclusive Culture check: A survey is distributed to the entire team to assess the inclusivity of the company culture. This survey is completed anonymously to ensure honest and unbiased feedback. The goal is to understand how inclusive the workplace feels to all employees, regardless of their background.
