# Retention Report 2024 Female x Finance

While women in Finance are already less represented in every stage along the corporate ladder, the upcoming generation of employees (Zillennials) and their norms and values, will only make retaining next-gen female talent more difficult.

From what they expect in an employer, to what they value in a company culture. Our findings reveal several key challenges which are necessary knowledge for future-ready employers.

### 35% feels that their gender is an impediment in performing their job.

### 45% feels that their gender would influence their career advancement.

### 44% 

believes that they're judged  
by their gender.
