WE are Female x Finance

We are Female x Finance THE network for ambitious young women who want to break into the financial sector. Our mission is to empower young women from all backgrounds (like you!), to break through the glass ceiling in Finance by providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Where it all started…

8 Years ago, we (Melanie and Leonie) met each other on the first day of university. We were both ambitious and had a passion for Finance. We soon figured out that with only studying you are never going to find out what your dream job is, so we decided to look for our first internships. Easier said than done..

Main tasks of an Ambassador.

Promotion at Universities

  • Organise local community events in your city/univeristy with the help of our Community Manager. Connect FxF with local universities, give trainings, host panel discussions. Think about social media re-shares (LinkedIn + Instagram) share an invitation in WhatsApp groups and actively reach out to partners to promote our message!

Growth FxF Community

  • We are changing the Financial sector with every partner who is helping us! A partner can be a student association, a company, a university and way more. As an ambassador, you actively help Female x Finance spread the word and find new partners!
